Terms of publication in a scientific professional journal

1. In order to verify compliance with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the scientific-metric database "Scopus" requirements for the scientific article design, it is obligatory undergo a preliminary review procedure.

The article is sent to the e-mail address: visnyk_nadu@ukr.net. The file name of the electronic version of the article should include the author's first and last name (for example, Antonenko-A.doc.)

2. After confirming that the article complies with the general requirements, the author personally submits the article and supporting documents to the executive secretary of the editorial board (03057, Kyiv, A.Tsedika Street (E.Potie), 20, room 215) or by post to the NAPA under the President of Ukraine (03057, Kyiv, 20, E.Potie Street).

3. The article submitted for publication goes through the internal and external review process. The author presents two reviews by Doctors of Science from different institutions (organizations or institutions). The signatures on the reviewers must be stamped by the respective institution. Internal review is carried out by members of the editorial board on the basis of "blind review".

In case of negative expert opinion, the article may be returned to the author for revision or refused to publish. In case of refusal to publish an article, the author may submit a new article for editing no earlier than six months. The main reasons for the articles rejection are: issues narrowness (locality, which causes a limited reach of the interested audience); weak scientific and theoretical level and low practical value of the article; unstructured English abstracts that are not sufficient to understand the articles.

Also, all articles are tested with Unicheck Anti-Plagiarism System. The article may be rejected to publication if plagiarism, symbols replacement, or high citation is detected (more than 60% of the article is cited).

4. The editorial board reserves the right to edit literary content, while maintaining the essence and authors style.

 

List of supporting documents:

 

authors (co-authors) application card;

summary of the article in English (2-4 pages).

extract from the protocol of the department meeting of the educational institution (academic council, scientific and methodological council of the organization, institution) with the recommendation of the article for publication;

two article reviews by Doctors of Science from different institutions (organizations or institutions);

copy of payment receipt from authors of articles that dont work or study in the NAPA system.
